Submissions for which no reading has yet been prepared are retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill your request, and in no event longer than 90 days from the date of submission. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. If you wish to retain a copy of your reading, we encourage you to do so before the 30-day period expires.

Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, trade, license, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties for their own commercial purposes. Period.
